This conference brought together a highly respected group of former prosecutors and government officials, and included opening remarks from Andrew J. Ceresney, the Director of Enforcement of the SEC. The moderators and panelists focused on highlighting the proven strategies and best practice guidelines in the areas of corporate compliance, insider trading, SEC investigations, the FCPA, the development of compliance programs and conducting internal investigations.

He was joined by Leonard Bailey, Special Counsel for National Security, Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section, U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division; Frederick Howell, Jr., Manager of Security and Privacy Consulting at RSM US LLP, and James J. Pastore, Partner at Debevoise and Plimpton LLP. The group discussed the risks posed by cybercrime, risk mitigation, data breach response, and a regulatory review of the area.
