Brian Halpin is Senior Vice President of Forensics and Technology at Capsicum Group and serves clients by providing digital forensics, cyber security, and testimony for public and private sector entities. Mr. Halpin is a former special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Mr. Halpin’s interest in criminal justice and investigations was sparked by working for the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office while in law school.

As an FBI agent, his investigative experience included conducting sensitive interviews at the White House, US Senate, US State Department, National Reconnaissance Office, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and the Department of Energy. Mr. Halpin also has international experience, having been deployed to Nairobi and Mombasa, Kenya for the American Embassy bombings, and onsite at the Pentagon and Dulles airport responding to the 9/11 terrorist attack. Mr. Halpin’s experience also includes leading cyber security and information security professionals at a large healthcare insurance company. Mr. Halpin graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law (J.D.) and Seton Hall University (B.S.) and has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
